Photos: RUHS Wellness Event Empowers Cancer Survivors

Many cancer survivors and their families may wonder what life will look like once treatment is completed. RUHS - Medical Center providers worked to answer that question with a wellness event Oct. 12.

The event, held at the Marion and Mary Ashley Health Education and Conference Center, focused on providing cancer survivors with practical tools, resources and information for navigating life after cancer treatment.

Survivors not only learned about the psychological and emotional impacts of a diagnosis, but also received guidance for staying well.

The event also included lunch and prize giveaways.
