Oh, Baby: Labor and Delivery Celebrates Record October Births

The Labor and Delivery Department had their hands full in October.

The team delivered 214 newborns — the highest monthly total for the Medical Center since 2013.

To celebrate, doctors and nurses posed with some golden balloons that formed the number 200 and enjoyed some well-deserved cupcakes.

From delivery to NICU support and postpartum care, our teams worked together seamlessly, prioritizing patient safety and compassionate care at every step.
