Mobile Crisis Response Team Receives Award

RUHS-BH’s Mobile Crisis Response Team has been recognized with the Healthcare Hero Community Award at Moreno Valley’s 2024 State of the City address.

This prestigious award honors the team's dedication to providing rapid, compassionate mental health crisis interventions throughout the community. Mayor Ulises Cabrera highlighted the team's essential role in advancing the city's focus on "People, Pride, and Progress."

RUHS-BH Deputy Director of Integrated Programs Rhyan Miller accepted the award on behalf of the team. Their efforts contribute significantly to community well-being, helping reduce the need for law enforcement involvement and hospitalization.
