Staff Become Peer Supporters

RUHS-BH has partnered with RUHS-Medical Center’s Care for the Caregiver Project to establish a Culture of Safety. Seventeen RUHS-Medical Center staff members participated in a three-day Peer Supporter Training, during which each person explored their lived experiences with trauma to become Peer Supporters to their team members when faced with an emotionally charged event.
