Staff Become Peer Supporters

RUHS-BH has partnered with RUHS-Medical Center’s Care for the Caregiver Project to establish a Culture of Safety. Seventeen RUHS-Medical Center staff members participated in a three-day Peer Supporter Training, during which each person explored their lived experiences with trauma to become Peer Supporters to their team members when faced with an emotionally charged event. Congratulations to all who participated!
