Riverside County Directing Change

On May 16, we held our annual Riverside County Directing Change screening and recognition ceremony at the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside.

Students around Riverside County submitted short videos that raised awareness about suicide prevention and other mental health-related topics. The nominees' short films were shown in the theater to a crowd of their peers, teachers, and community members.

The film contest serves the dual purpose of getting young people engaged in conversations about mental health and suicide prevention and providing schools and community-based organizations with powerful educational resources that speak directly to young people. Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners!
