Pinwheels for Prevention Celebration of Hope

National Child Abuse Prevention Month serves as a reminder that we all play a role in ensuring children grow up safe, healthy, and thriving. The Riverside University Health System Foundation held its annual Pinwheels for Prevention Celebration of Hope event on Thursday, April 18, at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula.

The event brought attention to the importance of child abuse prevention and featured special guests and speakers including Jamil Dada, RUHS Foundation Board Chair; Judge Jason Stone, Superior Court Riverside County; Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez, Riverside County District 5; Dr. Zachary Ginder, First 5 Riverside Commission Chair; and Crystal Shackleford, Manager of RCCAT.
