Photos: Reverse Trick-or-Treat Is Spooktacular Fun

Goblins, ghouls, queens and popular video game characters filled the hallways of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at RUHS — Medical Center for Halloween, but their appearance was more of a treat than a trick.

The annual Reverse Trick-or-Treat event had RUHS employees don their coolest costumes and pass out fun toys and treats to children in the PICU. The employees met at the 3400 unit before traveling from room to room.

The annual event has been going strong for more than two decades.
