Single Sign-On (SSO) For Workforce Central Is Coming Soon!

SSO is an identification method that enables users to log in to applications with one set of credentials.   In the coming month, SSO functionality will become available for all UKG Workforce Central (WFC) users at RUHS-MC/AC/CHC/CHS.

Currently, you login to WFC using your UKG username (i.e., ESS+EmployeeID) and password. This step has been eliminated.

When you successfully login to your workstation with your Active Directory (AD) username and password, you will access your UKG timecard and schedule by double clicking on the Workforce Central shortcut found on your desktop with no extra steps required*

*Note: At times, you may need to reauthenticate.  If prompted, please enter your RUHS email address and your corresponding password.

Ensure that you:

  • Do know your Active Directory Username and Password to login to your workstation.

  • Do know your RUHS email address.

  • Do know how to punch in and out from Workforce Central and/or Intouch Devices.  Quick Time Stamp (QTS) application will be obsolete after SSO implementation.  There are no changes to our Intouch Devices and your employee badge is still required to clock in/out.

Please look for an announcement in the upcoming weeks detailing the date and time when SSO on UKG’s Workforce Central will become available.  Tip Sheets will be available at this time.
