RUHS Foundation Festival of Trees Kicks Off Holiday Season

Visitors to the Riverside Convention Center experienced a winter wonderland last week as the Riverside University Health System Foundation’s Festival of Trees event got underway.

The festival kicked off with a gala attended by Medical Center team members, local dignitaries, and other special guests.

And the festivities continued Friday and Saturday with the Holiday Fair portion of the event.

Members of the public were able to shop from dozens of artisan vendors, watch their children participate in fun activities and take in the nearly 60 elaborately decorated trees.

Proceeds from the event support areas within the RUHS system such as the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Behavioral Health programs.

This year’s Festival of Trees raised a massive $786,755. Congratulations to the RUHS Foundation team and thank you for all you do for RUHS – Medical Center and the RUHS system.
