Dates Added for Flu Vaccines Available for Employees (Update)
Flu vaccines are offered to employees on the below dates:
Medical Center:
Wednesdays: Oct 4 and Oct. 11, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cafe Annex.
Monday, Oct. 16, through Thursday, Oct. 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Education Building.
Arlington:
Monday - Friday, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., in the employee lounge.
Mission Grove:
Thursdays: Oct. 12 and Oct. 26, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
“Employees” are defined as all on-site personnel providing and performing services at the Medical Center, Arlington, Clinics and CHCs, and includes paid employees (FTE and TAP), contractors, and unpaid staff (residents, students, and volunteers).
The vaccine is offered to you at no charge. You may notice a same day "charge" in MyChart, however, these are cleared and resolved after 24 hours.
